Due to the fact he moves around on a disc he has really low maneuverability so he cant go everywhere

When he loses his staff the link can be broken thus making him manually retrieve his staff

About:
Aeon was thrown into a power station when he was 5, therefore charging his body with electricity. He began to hone his powers, then transferred most of the electricity into his staff, but when he transferred his electrical powers, it backfired and some jumped into his eyes making him able to fire beams of lightning from them, but decreasing his eyesight dramatically. He Discovered his disc when he was 12, he found it whilst scavenging through a junk yard... he began to use it to get everywhere and has never hopped off it since
