I thought that you were trying to hide somthing with the v-cam.
If you took it off I could C&C better but ill try ^_^
For starters, you need to spend more time on your animations. This requires allot of patience. spend about an hour on each animation making sure you have the frames just right.
A tip for doing that is to press "," and ".". pressing , makes you go back one frame and pressing . makes you go forward one frame. This makes you able to see if the movement is just right. Don't be afraid to redraw a frame if it doesn't look right. If its not your best then your not moving forward.
Second... If your not tweening your v-cam already then you need to start. Make sure the movements are smooth and not jerky otherwise it can ruin your animation.
Thirdly... I will comment on the animation(FINALLY!!! right?

)
FIRST PUNCH
It was pretty good. Nice form to it. It just went a bit to quick.
SECOND PUNCH
Not so great. Looked a bit rushed. The position he was in didn't look to natural
WALKING
Try to animate it more. Try animating on 18 fps. Its allot better in my opinion.
TRAILS
They didn't stay around for long enough. make sure you drag them out as long as possible(not staying around for the entire anim. Maby 5 frames long?)
thats it....... hope I helped
