He is also a master swordsman, and he can fire specialized webs to trap victims, but rarely uses them, but only as an escape technique. He additionally has a intensely painful and toxic bite that paralyzes enemies. He specializes in combat with feet related attacks, including attacks that normal humans cannot do. His swift movement allows him to easily dodge many attacks, and is skilled in hand-to-hand combat.

Paralysis from his bites take 1.5 hours to actually to take effect, his swift movements make it hard for him to stand upright. He can easily be tripped over, and he cannot easily block upwards attacks, and also cannot dash, but can can make short bounds for speedy movements, plus he is weak to heavy weapon attacks.

The bioligist didnt let any researcher or hunter near her "son" and those after him shot her dead in attempt to capture Spireder. He killed all the hunters and researchers simply out of revenge. He then sneaked onto a cargo ship to China, where he found shelter to a martial artist, who tought him martial arts, and with 4 legs, he out-bested his tutor easily with moves he invented himself. His master told him to find a blacksmith to make a sword to defend himself with, the sword he ended up crafting became his personal reminder of the bioligist who raised him. After this he has been hired as many things, such as spies, theives, assasins etc. though his veteran swordsmanship and specialized martial arts did not resemble the innocent and pure arachnid-human child he once was, he leaves all that behind him and is ready to make his leap into the world of combat...
