power: quite right has a few things. One of them is a normal cane. Another one is a normal monocle that he uses to swing and hit his opponents. The last is a hat that he can explode on impact, is indestructible and comes back to him once it hits something. He can also "limb fly". which means that he can spin super fast allowing his limbs to act as helicopter wings... (the things that spin. I cant think of the name atm).
weaknesses:
The hat can miss its target. The monocle can break, and the cane can be lost/broken. He can only can only limb fly for about 3 seconds. -jump
